When we were buyers, you really took the time to get to know us and our needs, making the process so easy and personal. I loved looking at houses with you. Rather than try to sell me on a dump by calling it "cozy" or telling me it "has potential" you'd simply say, "this isn't you, let's get out of here." I so appreciated you not wasting our time. I also appreciated that you were at our closing, even though you didn't have to be. You were always available and approachable, and still are. What you have done to market our house now is nothing short of amazing. From cleaning our barstools to bringing extra lamps, you have really gone above and beyond. My husband and I had the good fortune of working with realtor Paula Connolly in searching for a second home in Cold Spring or Garrison, New York. What made the hunt -- which is both exciting and anxiety provoking -- easier, were Ms. Connolly's good nature, easy going personality, and a no pressure style of working. We usually traveled upstate on Metro North, where Paula would always be on time waiting for us at the train station to take us around by car to look at homes. I always had questions and more questions which she answered patiently; and if she didn't know the answer on the spot always got back to us. We trusted Paula when issues came up regarding sale price, bids, and referrals for a house inspector and lawyer.
